Do not enter sign on Installation Boot High Sierra

I am trying to install High Sierra to my Samsung 850 EVO SSD.

OS: High Sierra 10.13.4 Mobo: MSI Z370M GAMING PRO Processor: Intel i7 8700K

Bios settings: VT-D: DISABLED Virtualization Tech: DISABLED SATA: ACHI CFG LOCK: DISABLED

I keep getting apple logo, then it loads, then it hits the do not enter sign...

Please help!
