Kexts and Fixes for Vanilla High Sierra?

I have the hardware listed above.

I want to vanilla install macOS High Sierra. I've been running UniBeast+MultiBeast Sierra 12.6 (I followed a very detailed guide on TonyMac's forum) for about a year. I haven't found a guide to install High Sierra on this system so far, so I have no idea where to start.

What kexts and fixes do I need for this?
