[Need help] i9 build crash

Hi guys !

I built my own i9 hack :

Mobo:GA-X299 Gaming 7 CPU : I9-7980XE GPU: AMD Radeon FE RAM : 64 Go Corsair vengeance 3200Mhz SSD : Samsung 860 .Evo 1To OS : MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4

I just got one big issues. My Mac's is crashing when I work on Adobe Premiere. I think it's the CPU Power Management who is the problem but i don't know what to do.
