Replace PCIe wifi card with Apple PCIe wifi card?

Hello. I have this laptop-

Dell Inspiron 7567 with these specs:
- Core i5 7th gen
- Nvidia GTX 1050
- 8GB DDR4 RAM (single channel but eh whatever I can fix that)

and I see that it has an Intel bluetooth/wifi combo card, which as I understand is incompatible with macOS. However, I do have a late 2014 Mac Mini that has all wired peripherals and connects via ethernet, so the wireless card in there is 100% unused, and was wondering if anyone knows, or has tried, to take the PCIe (m.2) wireless card out of a genuine mac and put it in a hackintosh? I'd try it myself, but figured I'd ask first so that
A) I don't plug it in and it unknowingly breaks the laptop and/or
B) I don't unnecessarily partially disassemble my Mac Mini, because it was a bit of a pain the first time I did it.
