Hi, so right now I have a Dell Latitude E5440. I am running Mac OS 10.12.6. When I'm watching videos I notice that vsync doesn't work and that there is screen tearing. I'm trying to figure out why.
The specs of my laptop are: SSD: 512GB Sandisk SSD CPU: i5-4310U @ 2.0GHz GPU: Intel HD 4400 RAM: 8GB RAM
Almost everything else works flawlessly right now
