Hackintosh in laptop??

Can we install macOs in an Asus laptop (i7 8th gen U series 4 cores,8gb ram, 2gb mx150) and is there any chances of loosing my data or Windows 10(genuine) in this process???? Because win crashes a lot during some important works.
