Upgraded to Mojave but lost clover, USB can't find Mojave partition. Tried Apfsloader no luck

So basically that's what happened. I upgraded to Mojave from Sierra and it converted my SSD to APFS and now clover is gone and the system does not boot.

I have created an USB clover drive from windows, using this guide https://www.aioboot.com/en/clover-bootloader-windows/

I replaced the EFI folder with a backup of my working one prior to the update and I placed apfs.efi into the the \EFI\CLOVER\drivers64UEFI directory. Tried booting and I get clover but the Mojave partition does not show up.

I then found reference to ApfsDriverLoader.efi which I found and downloaded and placed in the same folder. Again Mojave does not show up.

I am not sure where to go from here.
