Hi Hackintosh folks,
I am seeking your help. I have a High Sierra running on i7-3770 Gigabyte GAZ-77P-D3 with Clover 4458. I was using nv GT740 and then I bought a RTX2080Ti to use in Win 10. The RTX works great in Windows but not on macOS, so I put the GT740 in together with the RTX. My plan is to use GT740 on macOS and RTX in Windows. On Windows, I disable GT740 in device manager, and there's no problem, but on macOS, I cannot get past boot.
Verbose boot (on RTX) shows boot progress stuck at "gIOScreenLockState3..." while GT740 video out at that point shows blurred High Sierra wallpaper with mouse pointer.
I wonder how I can disable the RTX in clover when I boot macOS so I can use macOS native GT740 support? I don't mind not being able to use the RTX under macOS.
I have searched previous Reddit posts and could not find anything related to this. Any info or pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
