Hello!
I'm interested in dual-booting both macOS HS and Windows 10 on my main AMD Ryzen 2700X system (I am aware that it is more difficult to do this with AMD). Anyways, I already have Windows installed and use it for work. I have looked around on here and on different forums about dual-booting in the same drive without messing up my Windows install but most are very old and don't give a clear answer. My goal is to be able to install macOS on about 250GB of my 1TB SSD and still be able to boot into Windows without issues even if the macOS install does not go smoothly. If the best option is to do a clean install, I guess I will have to do that, but I would prefer to keep my Windows install reliable despite the likely unreliable nature of a Hackintosh.
If it makes a difference, the specs of the system:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080
RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws V @ 3200MHz
MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Gaming
PSU: Corsair RM750X
SSD: Crucial 1TB
