Hi everyone, I have been lurking a while and followed a few guides here and there and keep hitting the same issue. I have a MacOS High Sierra VM working. This is fine and has enabled me to get the OS sorted on a USB stick. 16gb USB3.0 if that makes a difference.
My issue is, and I have had it a few times on different sticks but always the same error and I think it is to do with the SMBIOS settings. I manage to get the PC to boot but when it gets passed BIOS (No UEFI due to old hardware [Specs Listed below]) it just sits there with a flashing cursor/underscore in the corner with no option of doing anything else.

Intel Xeon X5660
Asus P6x58D-E
6x 8gb DDR3 1600
Gigabyte RX580 8gb
Samsung 240gb SSD
BeQuiet 750W PSU
There is an add in usb3.0 PCIE card used, I believe it is ASMEDIA? but unsure if that would cause any issues.
