I've made a stupid mistake, while generating an EFI with AptioMemoryFix-64.efi by reinstalling Clover Bootloader I got the partition too small error when attempting to move over the old kext folder. Whoa, I'm stupid! After making the system show hidden files I found that the missing space was a trash folder, but the system had begun to have copy errors and the EFI files could not be saved with my macbook. The disk had to be wiped, but I kept a time machine drive so I'll use migration assistant after a fresh install of Mojave.
One issue I might have is that my Windows SSD doesn't seem to boot directly from the UEFI interface (it is not in the 0 slot), I may need to tweak settings later... When I reinstall Clover will it be able to scan the windows drive, or is there something more I need to do to restore dual boot options?
