Mojave installer does not recognize M.2 NVMe drives

I'm trying to install another hackintosh into an existing PC, with Windows was already installed on Samsung PM981 drive. I heard that this drive doesn't work with hackintosh so I bought brand new HP EX900 500GB M.2 drive dedicated for MacOS partition.

USB installer boot successfully but it can't see any of those two M.2 drive. I tried to shut down and removed the Samsung PM981 but there is no difference. The USB installer can only see itself and another SATA HDD (NTFS). Both are 'locked'.

My kext list: VirtualSMC, Whatevergreen, Lilu, IntelMausiEthernet, USBInjectAll.

I tried google around but there is no fix. All I read is that Mojave supports NVMe drives natively.
