No motherboard audio, kernel panic on shutdown

Where do I begin? I'm still stuck trying to fix the shutdown kernel panic. I think it's something about the DSTS but I've been unable to create the patch by myself. The last guide I tried to follow was this one but the program thrown me a segmentation fault when I tried to run the IASL command.

On the other hand I've been able to kill the motherboard audio support. Don't ask me how because I've checked the config.plist and the kext list and I can't figure out what's wrong.

And the fans are now working as they should. Kinda. When I boot the computer they work silently... ish but when I run WoW they start increasing the speed until the computer becomes quite noisy. Which could be understandable except they don't slow down after closing the game no matter how much time I wait.
