I have a vanilla install of Mohave 10.14.1 and my Vega 64 gets about 60 fps in cinebench, but when I boot into Windows 10 I get 125 fps in cinebench.
I'm experiencing this similar behavior in other apps and games.
Where do I start looking for the cause so I can fix this or is this normal ?
