I kind of lucked out. Ethernet, GPU, and Audio worked OOB. I used the installer from amd-osx.com. Will attach a picture soon.

Crosshair VI Hero (Wi-Fi-AC) - Wi-Fi and BT didn't work obviously
16GB DDR4 3000Mhz
Motherboard audio (Realtek)
I didn't need to modify or add any kexts to get the GPU working since it's in the iMac Pro. I just removed the -radoff flag from boot options and left everything else stock from the HighSierraAMD installer.
