What am I doing wrong?

Before I begin here are my specs:

i7-8700k

Gigabyte z370xp SLI

32GB DDR4 2400 mhz Ram

256gb NVME SSD

XFX Radeon 580 8GB

Corsair 650w PSU

PCI-e 1x Wifi/Bluetooth Card

Okay so this post begins with a bit of a success story. I am able to boot into MacOS Mojave. I have working Ethernet and can access all of my iCloud features. There are however a few issues I hope you awesome people can help with:

1) My Wifi/Bluetooth Card is not showing up and I cannot add a Wifi connection in my System Preferences -> Network tab, nor do I even see a Bluetooth option available in System Preferences. There are no drivers with the card and was slated to be native and work right out of the box. (Here is a link to one similar to what I bought (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GSVQQZR/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

2) MultiBeast doesn't seem to do anything. I opened the version 9.0.1 which works with Mojave and was unable to find anything that makes sense to me in the options. The Motherboard I use has an ALC1220 audio chip which I did not see in the options. The Ethernet adapter didn't match, although like I said, I do have working internet when wired, and I still have to boot through clover to get to my OS (which could for all I know be normal).

3) I cannot open Adobe Premiere. It claims there is no video display adapter or something to that effect and closes. I am currently running HDMI out from my graphics card which is being recognized within the 'About My Mac' panel and all of the software notices inside that.

I think these are the only questions I have for now. The general install process was super simple and I love being able to access my iCloud services on a desktop build, but these 3 issues will cause me to turn the other way if I cannot find fixes. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, and I can absolutely provide more information when needed.
