Recovering Windows EFI bootloader via Clover?

Here's my setup;

  • SSD #1 - Mojave
  • SSD #2 - W10
  • SSD #3 - random files, APFS formatted
  • SSD #4 - random files, NTFS formatted

All drives were new when installing, OSX was installed first.

I figured I wouldn't need SSD 3 in Mojave anymore, so while in Mojave, I formatted the SSD #3 to FAT32 and restarted the comp. Clover screen now shows only Mac icon in boot options, no more Windows option. I logged into Mojave, opened Clover configurator, mounted the macos partition and checked the EFI folder - there's APPLE, BOOT and CLOVER folders there. I think Microsoft is missing - my question is why and how do I restore the option to boot into Windows.

If Microsoft put their bootloaders on every connected drive while installing, it should also be on SSD #4 - but when I mount that EFI from ssd 4 in Clover, there's nothing in EFI folder.

Someone enlighten me how do I fix this without nuking the whole system.
