Usb not working at all.

Specs: (i am using a laptop. Its a toshiba qosmio x505-q888) Intel core i7 740q 8gb ram Nvidia geforce gts 360m Some intel mobo

I had success with hackintosh with this laptop using yosemite but now when i try to install high sierra usb ports doesnt work. So instead of using a flash drive to install high sierra i used a sata hard drive. It worked but still no usb support. Only thing i can use is the trackpad and the keyboard. However when i boot up mac os for setup and stuff they dont work at all. I do know that the ports are getting power and thats all. When i plug in a speaker it uses the usb port for power and the power works. I have no idea whats causing the issue since yosemite worked before.
