AMD Vega mixed DPI with triple monitor

Hello /r/hackintosh,

due to some very dumb decisions i've made i'm stuck at OSX 10.14.3 with a GTX 1060 wich is only partially working - no HW Acceleration, very instable und constant crashes of apps - as i've said i was dumb.

After some research i'm nearly sure i'm switching to an AMD Vega 56 but bevor i'm investing that amout of money i have some questions. Especially about a mixed DPI settings system. I have 2 x Dell P2315H and 1 x Dell P2415Q. Bevor my stupid update all three have worked with out any problem. I've used the 4k Dell as my main display, one of the P2315H in horizontal mode and the second P2315H in landscape mode.

Will my monitor setup work with a Vega? Currently i'm looking at something like the:

ASRock 8GB Radeon RX Vega 56 8G Phantom Gaming X or

Sapphire Radeon RX VEGA 56 8GB

doese it make i differencen wich Vega i buy?
