Help with Ancient Asrock G41M-VS3

I have an old PC lying around that i used to run perfect in Mavericks and i would love to install a more recent MACOS on it, but i'm having a weird problem.

I've installed El Capitan and Sierra on it and it works flawlessly with little effort, however could not enable audio on this mobo on both OS, sound crackles, has delay and crashes. some of the things I've tried:

  • Using AppleHDA disabler and deleted AppleHDA, rebuilt caches etc.
  • VodooHDA 2.8 , 2.9 and a specially modified VodooHDA for this mobo
  • Someone in a forum suggested a CPU problem, so i replaced the Core 2 Quad 8200 with a Core 2 Duo E7400
  • Tried Nvidia gt610 and an old (but very compatible) 8400gs
  • SMBIOS MacPro3,1, Imac 10,1, 14,1
  • DSDT specific for my bios
  • Tried every option on Midi Setup

Sound is still choppy and lagged even when using an USB Sound adaptor!

I Know that all my parts are old, but it feels bad to replace them all when they work so flawlessly except for sound.

My Specs:

Mobo: https://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/g41m-vs3/

Clover in legacy BIOS mode. Clover_v2.4k_r4871

SSD Adata 60 GB
