Mojave 4k via HDMI on AMD (like Vega 56)?

Can anyone tell me if AMD cards can do 4k via HDMI on Mojave and how to do so? I see people saying intel igpu works in this fashion (as long gas mobo can output that res), but not much mention of AMD.
