Struggling to Enable WiFi and Get NVIDIA Drivers in MacOS X High Sierra 10.13

I'm running an FX-8350 with a GTX 970. I got the OS to install, still don't have a bootloader downloaded tho unfortunately so I'm still relying on the USB. Well, my biggest issue so far is that I don't think my Wireless Card is going to work, and that's an issue for a couple of reasons. A) I don't have the money to buy a wireless card that is compatible with MacOS because I'm currently broke lol B) I have to boot back into Windows pretty much every single time I need to download something and C) I just want to be able to mess around with GarageBand and Final Cut but none of these things are going to be possible if my WiFi doesn't work because I do not have an Ethernet cable that will run that far through the house. And about the NVIDIA drivers, I suppose I could just download the file and run it within MacOS, so that isn't an issue as of yet, but all in all, my main issue is whether or not my wireless card is going to work or not.
