Which graphics card can you actually get that will run a hackintosh?

So I want to build a new PC and dualboot it with Windows 10/ MacOS Mojave. I want to use Win10 mainly for gaming and MacOS for productivity. So initially I wanted to put an RTX card, until I read they can't run on Mojave currently. Then I decided on a Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro+ or Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse, but both of those seem to have problems with constant fan spinning and too high temperatures/temperature readings.

So my question is now: What card can I actually get that will run a hackintosh just fine and performs atleast on the level of a RTX 2060? I looked up and down the internet and there seem to be mixed opinions.
