Xeon x5670 on mojave?

Hello!

I was wondering if someone could help me out with the question in the title. I read online that since this processor is from 2010 I would need a serial number from 2012 in order to run Mojave is this true? If this is the case, it would be awesome if someone could point me in the right direction to get me setup on my first hackintosh :)
