I HAVE been able to install and run macOS but for some reason I was never able to get the keyboard working. I am fine with that if I am at home, but my intentions are to use this as a video editing station on the go and the computer already occupies a chunk of Realestate without a bluetooth keyboard in my book bag. I am hardheaded and try my hardest not to bug people and ask for help with things, but I need help with getting to the bottom of this dilemma. Awhile back a user with the same exact computer/configuration tried his hardest to help, and even sent his entire EFI to me (which I was very appreciative of his efforts) but to no avail. I have used voodooPS2controller.kext and the keyboard never responds.. trackpad, full usability.. keyboard, nothing... I have Hackintoshed a total of 8 desktops (all custom builds, never anything retailed) with success, so this is very frustrating to me. As I mentioned above, I am not use to reaching out for help in this field so if there is anything specific that may be of use in helping me besides my laptops specs, please let me know. SPECS: Alienware 17r5 i9 8950HK GTX 1080oc 32gb ddr4 RAM 500gb NVME Samsung Evo (windows 10 Pro) 1tb seagate HDD (macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra) UHD g-sync display Any help in getting this keyboard up and running would be greatly appreciated!
