Cannot dual-boot into Windows 10 (blue screen error) after connecting both OSX and Win drives

So after using my Hackintosh with Mojave (https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/b3spgk/z370md3h_rx580_i78700_with_bt_wifi_audio_usb_and/) for a few weeks I decided that it was time for dual boot and followed the amazing guide of u/corpnewt (https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/441hil/dual_booting_osx_and_windows_10_uefi_on_separate/) to install Windows 10 on a separate SSD (Samsung 860 EVO connected via SATA).

Everything went fine. I was able to install Windows, boot into it, update all drivers/softwares and do a quick test to check if everything was working, and it seemed so (even the wifi/bt card that I use on OSX!). Then I connected back the OSX drive (which is on an NVME SSD) and set the priorities to boot from this drive in the BIOS. This is of course the drive where Clover is installed, as I did it for my first OSX installation on this machine.

Got to the clover boot menu and tried my previous option to boot into OSX, everything worked fine. Rebooted and tried the Windows EFI installation. The system booted up but at the startup screen as soon as I tried to do something I got a blue screen of death with the following error: page_fault_in_nonpaged_area with ntfs.sys.

Now the situation is that if I try to boot into Windows (either with Clover or by overriding the boot priorities in the bios) I get to this blue screen and I'm unable to proceed as the system restarts. The OSX installation on the NVME SSD drive works just fine though, as before. Somehow when I connected back the NVME drive something on the Windows SSD got corrupted...?

I have checked for other issues and it looks like I'm using the correct options in the BIOS. What could I be doing wrong? I would like to avoid having to disconnect the OSX NVME drive and re install windows on the SSD as I have to disconnect most of the stuff on the MoBo.
