Clover can't see drive after update to 10.14.4

I already updated Clover to r4895, along with Lili and WhateverGreen - Rebooted a couple of times into 10.14.3 and made sure everything worked.

I kicked off the install for 10.14.4 from System Pref, which typically reboots into the new volume for updating macOS, or you can still boot into older version.

After reboot Clover doesn't see any drives at all - Almost like APFS isn't there, or at least it can't see the container. I booted off my 10.14.0 install USB and it doesn't see the drives either.

Any idea how to troubleshoot from here?
