Customizing maximum "out-of-box" compatibility with MacOSX

I want to build a custom Hackintosh PC to be able to boot either Windows or MacOSX Mojave.

Requirements: Windows 10 x64 (AutoCAD (2D only), Photoshop, Office, Internet browsing), Mac OS X Mojave (XCode, Office, Internet browsing). No games at all. Monitor ASUS PB278Q (2560x1440). So I think that internal graphics will be enough for that tasks.

I need to customize maximum "Out-of-Box" compatibility with MacOSX.
