Dual boot macOS/Windows and Clover patches?

Hi, I wanted to set my Dell 7577 w\ 1060 GTX Max-Q for dual boot hackintosh/Windows 10 on single hard drive. I am however concerned about DSDT/SSDT patches and such messing my Windows.

If I understand correctly, patches for DSDT/SSDT (and kexts in EFI/clover/kexts/Other/) are loaded when Clover starts. Doesn't it mean that by eg. disabling dGPU by some SSDT patch it is disabled not only in macOS but in Windows 10 as well?

If it is true, is there any way to have "vanilla" Windows other than on separate hard drive?

Side question: how well do both systems handle updates when dual booting from same drive? I expect that updating macOS might be problematic with hackintosh due to outdating patches and like but I would rather not need to fix my Windows every week or so.
