How stable can a Hackintosh be?

I would love to turn my PC into a Hackintosh as I’d love the experience of Mac OS but without the price tag of a Mac

I know that a Hackintosh will never be 100% stable but once it’s done (barring OS upgrades) is it possible to have a Hackintosh as a stable main system it will there always be issues?
