I’m about to quit. Nothing works.

I have installed vanilla Mojave, using the Intel 530 laptop config, and everything works once where I can boot into the usb. In the middle of installing to the bathroom HD from iOS, at like 75+% finished, it restarts and it’ll say “install from hard drive” or whatever clover says, and it won’t let me boot from the HD. I’ve tried 3 times! (Installing 3 times, fresh vanilla)
