Mojave crashes and restarts if i put kext in L/E instead of C/K/Other. What gives?

Hey all, i am trying to improve my clover boot time by moving my kexts to L/E, however it crashes everytime around a minute after bootup, i did rebuild my kext cache a couple times and to no success.

I am using a 1700x with vega 64 using shane's vanilla mojave and kexts. Would like to know my options.
