nv_disable set to 0, but verbose boot states it's set to 1

I'm trying to get the Nvidia drivers to work on my Sierra hackintosh, but Clover boots with nv_disable=1, while I've edited the plist, and used Clover Configurator to set nv_disable=0

I don't know why it's doing this, I just want to use my hackintosh with my Nvidia GPU
