Proper ig-platform-id for 9th Gen i7-9700k + ASUS Prime Z370-A II

I've been beating my head on the wall for awhile... let me explain everything I have so far to make this easier.

Mobo: ASUS Prime Z370-A II (The II is important apparently)

CPU: i7-9700K

GPU: ASUS STRIX Vega64 with heat fix done

Bootloader: Clover

Monitors: 2 ASUS Monitors on DP ports of Vega card

Install Method: Vanilla

I'm looking for this setup to pass the VDADecoderChecker, right now I get this...

GVA info: Successfully connected to the Intel plugin, offline Gen95 VDADecoderCreate failed. err: -12473 Segmentation fault: 11

I have tried the Hackintool for setting the proper ig-platform-id and have had no success. I have found many platform IDs for the 8th gen, I have found something stating the following

If you are using a processor of the 9th generation of Coffee Lake the Refresh , it is necessary to substitute device-id 923E0000 for IGPU. Starting with 10.14.4 - the substitution is required.

So doing this....still comes up with no help for me. I have followed the guide at https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/334899-intel-framebuffer-patching-using-whatevergreen/ and at https://www.applelife.ru/threads/intel-hd-graphics-3000-4000-4400-4600-5000-5500-5600-520-530-630.1289648/

Does anybody have success with a setup either similar or identical to mine?
