Vanilla install was working, restored from *beast TM backup, APTIO issues unless "boot without injected kexts" selected.

Suspect I have some lingering issues from my *beast installed system that I restored from Time Machine backup... I need to either figure out how to clean up my /S/L/E and /L/E folders or nuke the thing again and try to restore without them I think.

I know I have at least FakeSMC.kext in the /S/L/E folder AND on my clover partition (different modified dates, newest one on EFI part). I have USBInjectAll in /L/E as well as some other FakeSMC_*Sensors* kexts in there.

Is it possible to delete both of these folders and re-install over the existing install to get them back to vanilla?
