Bought a new SSD and wanted to clone my existing macOS to it. Am I gonna run into any problems?

Recently bought a 1 TB SSD to replace my 500 GB SSD. I've read that Disk Utility allows me to clone my drive. Is there anything extra I have to do before I clone my 500 GB SSD to the 1 TB SSD, then delete the data on the 500 GB SSD?
