IGPU is not recognised, does it matter?

Hey, I've managed to install Mojave on my system (mostly following this guide). But my onboard GPU was not recognised (I believe it's an intel hd chip). Does this matter? Will I miss out on some hardware acceleration in Finder or somewhere else. Or will my dedicated GPU handle all the work instead at no penalty? Thanks
