Hey so this is kinda weird and if someone could explain it to me Id be appreciative. My understanding in experience is there is no chance for hackintosh to boot if you don’t set the bios correctly (vt-d disabled, xhci, etc).
So. I just changed my mobo and went from a fractal r5 to a bitfenix prodigy. My mobo went from a GA Z370 XP sli to a z390 m gaming. As soon as I got everything put into the case and plugged in I turned it on in the tent just to make sure it was working before I started on cable management and to my surprise it booted successfully straight into my hackintosh partition. Obviously theres stuff to test, but shouldnt it have Not booted just based on the fact that all the bios settings were wrong?
