Switching from Nvidia to AMD...

Problem: My hackintosh does not show any video (black screen/no signal) since I switched to AMD

What happened: Since January, I've been using macOS Sierra on my hackintosh - everything working, using an Nvidia Quadro 2000 card (Web driver). A week ago, I sold the Quadro card and bought a Radeon RX 560, without preparing anything (I know, stupid...), because I always keep a backup efi which I can modify anytime and write on my flash drive, so I'm using that.

What I did: - Added Lilu.kext and Whatevergreen.kext into EFI/Clover/kexts/other - did not work - Added EmuVariableUefi-64.efi into EFI/Clover/Drivers64UEFI - did not work - Tried nv_disable=1 boot flag - did not work - Tried -x safe mode - booted successfully, but no graphical acceleration, mounting EFI does not work, external drives not working, pretty much unusable

In fact, I'm trying to update to Mojave, so if there's a way to just reinstall macOS, replace Clover but also keep the files, that would be okay.

My system is a Lenovo ThinkCentre m92p

All answers are appreciated :)
