Can somebody help me?

Hey everyone, So I am trying to turn an older PC of mine into a Hackintosh but I'm not sure which guide to follow,what to do,etc.Is it even possible with my specs.Can somebody help me with this? Specs: CPU: Intel Celeron G3900 GPU: Only onboard HD 510 RAM: TeamGroup Elite 4GB DDR3 1600MHz MOBO: Gigabyte H170-HD3 DDR3
