Here is the OP
Long story short, I have an XPS 15 9570 and created a bootable USB using the 'internet install' method on Windows... all went well and grabbed a well put together CLOVER folder for my exact model.
- My issue was that I 'could not contact the recovery server' during installation, even though I had a compatible WiFi card.
- As per the recommendations in the comments of my last post, I bought an ethernet to USB adapter... which is now just a papeweight.
Any settings I can change in the config.plist to recognise the ethernet connection? Whole reason being the XPS line does not have ethernet ports.
