How can I diagnose random full reboots?

Recently, ever since updating to the newest update, I have been getting random full computer reboots. I'll be scrolling reddit or whatever and the screen will just go black and reboot.

How should I attempt to debug this issue? I tried rolling back a few kexts that I updated, and will keep attempting that, but none of this occured before the update to 10.14.4

My hack is the Dell XPS 15 9550 (i5 model, 4k), and I have been following https://github.com/wmchris/DellXPS15-9550-OSX and also using some things from https://github.com/xxxzc/xps15-9550-macos here and there. My current EFI can be found https://github.com/outlassn/9550-EFIif anybody wants to take a look

One more thing, is there any way to downgrade to 10.14.3 if I cannot for the life of me figure out what's going on? I might have to do that for now until a new update comes out for me to test with if I cannot pinpoint the issue

Thank you guys in advance!

edit: So far I have tried the whole "log show --predicate 'eventMessage contains "Previous shutdown cause"' --last 24h" command, but it claims that they are "shutdown cause 5" which is "normal / proper shutdown"
