What part I got an issue with:
I completed making the USB and installed everything onto the USB and had no issues then i reached this stage of the guide.
I was unsure on what i was meant to do, so i booted my PC selected the USB as a boot drive and selected Boot MacOS.
I was then presented with this error message.

I have tried finding an answer to my problem, i am very new to this so am still learning. I would appreciate any assistance.
I should mention i tried following the guide on the sidetab https://vanilla.amd-osx.com/ last night and was able to reach a MacOS install screen however, it would freeze after about 5 seconds and i was unable to make any progress. If it would be easier i can go back to using this method.
