[Ryzen 2700x, ASUS X470-I Gaming] Can't get USB Ports to work

Installed 10.13.6 with the patched vanilla config.plist on GitHub and got pretty much everything working, from iMessage to my 1080ti, which is great. My biggest issue is that I can't get USB to work. I followed this guide right here: https://github.com/XLNCs/ryzenusbfix/blob/master/ManualGuide.md

Unfortunately still no USB devices are recognized, safe for my mouse and keyboard. For the guide to work, you're supposed to remove all "DummyUSB..." and "GenericUSB..." files from S/L/E, L/E and your Clover/Kexts folders. Got my DSDT.aml patched and copied to Clover/ACPI, added the KextToPatch to my config.plist, but no luck there.

Anyone more knowledgeable than me with a few pointers? Any other users of this MoBo (or the X470 model in general)?
