Hi, I just got a new gaming mouse for my dual boot dell xps 9550. However, when i plug it in, the mouse lights up but non of the buttons work and it doesn’t move the cursor. This is for both windows and macos. The only way i can get it to work is to plug it into the usb c adapter. Then it will work on windows and macos. Is there any way to fix it so it works in regular usb ports?
