A couple of questions about Hackintosh

Hello,

I am planning on making my PC a hackintosh, as macOS has a lot of good features Windows doesn't have, such as GarageBand, Final Cut and others. Still, I had a couple of questions about Hackintosh:

1. Is it possible to upgrade Hackintosh if a new version of macOS comes out, without a lot of hussle (so just press install on the macOS itself without needing a ton of work)?
2. Do I have access to the regular App Store, as normal Mac's have?
3. Is it possible to get Hackintosh on a FULL AMD PC (Both AMD CPU and GPU)?
4. How long does it take to install Hackintosh on a older HDD?
