Dual Boot on XPS 9360

Hi, i have done one hackintosh long way ago and with this new Catalina I feel like this is the right time to do it again! I was wondering if is it possible to do a dual boot on my xps 9360 in order to run win10 for my work and Catalina for appdev & GoodNotes in order to see on a big screen my notes Thanks in advance! :P Ps: does the thunderbolt type c works? I have a great monitor that i wanna use with that feature
