My pc is now randomly freezing on both Mac OSX and Windows 10

I started having this problem since I reset my windows 10. So I decided to go for Hackintosh since Linux is not great for my work.

While running Windows for a while, it freezes with buzzing sound from speakers.

On Mac 10.13.6 High Sierra it also freezes for much shorter period of time.

Anyone know how I could fix this?

My rig: Mainboard: Asus x99-A Cpu: i7-5820k Gpu: Nvidia Gtx 970

I also patched my bios before installing Mac but I have this problem since the old version of bios.
