Optiplex KPs at com.apple.filesystem.apfs when booting from newly installed HDD

So, I managed to get Mac OS X High Sierra to boot into the installer and install to my HDD. Now that Ive got it to show up and such. I boot into the newly installed HDD it KPs on com.apple.filesystem.apfs. It gives me the circle with the line through it and does nothing.
