Dell 3543 - Mojave UEFi not boot every time.

Hi tonight I got my Dual Boot UEFi (Mojave/Win10) to kind of work the only thing that still not work correctly his the booting I need sometimes to reboot two times to get Mojave start. How could I solve this I read something that voodooh kext could act againts the boot of OS X. Thanks in advance
